Losing weight is not an easy task

Weight lost: 15 lbs
Time it took to lose it: 4 months
How:

  1. Badminton - Started playing end June 2009.  Stopped playing late August 2009.
  2. Jogging/Walking 1 hour - Started late August 2009.  Stopped late September 2009.
  3. Biguerlai slimming tea - Started late August 2009.  Finished 5 teabags in 3 weeks.  Too much stomachache.  Hated it.  But will take it once in a while.  The last teabag I used was late September 2009.
  4. Liesure 18 slimming coffee. - Started late September 2009.  This is pretty good.  Bad taste though.  I take the coffee in the morning 20 minutes before breakfast and then I lose the appepite althroughout the day.
  5. Smoking - An appetite suppresant for me.  I've actually quit before, but due to depression and the desire to kill myself slowly, I've started again late May 2009. 
  6. Travel - I must have lost 5 lbs just by walking around Singapore for 2 days.  I don't know how far one area is from another, but if you're familiar with Singapore, I've managed to walk from Victoria St to Marina Bay, then to Raffles City, to Armenian St., and then Orchard Road up to Paragon.  Whew. That was 3 hours non-stop walking!
